Overview

The role of the Agile Coach is critical for organisations seeking to embed agile ways of working to help improve their business agility in the ever changing world we live in. This 3 day ICAgile certified course covers all aspects of the Agile Coach role, from working with Senior Executives at the Organisation level, through Business Unit coaching and team coaching. We will cover how to engage with people at all levels, how to build relationships and trust and form strong coaching alliances. The course is packed with activities, games and real scenarios to help you learn from Sam as well as the other course participants. You will experience 10 leadership coaching sessions on the course, and will also develop and practice the skills of coaching, mentoring, teaching and facilitation.
