AI for DELIVERY TEAMS
Rating 5/5: “You give me new hope for training! :❤️ I got a lot out of going through the agent and Chatbot creation. that is where I think a lot of power will come for delivery”
Rating 5/5: “Fantastic facilitation. This was genuinely hands-on — we moved from business ideas through product discovery to a structured backlog using AI → Miro → Jira . I now know how to get value from AI without losing accountability.”
Rating 5/5: “ I love the energetic delivery and easy to follow pacing with real world examples of how you've implemented AI into your processes - the use of agents to collate newsletters and compose posts while having human-review steps”

Overview
- AI for Delivery Teams is a full-day, highly interactive workshop where delivery teams learn how to turn ideas into actionable backlogs and repeatable workflow plays using AI — without compromising safety, trust, or human judgement.
- This isn’t a demo day. You’ll work in teams through hands-on simulations and real-world scenarios, practising how to connect tools like Miro, Jira, and Confluence with AI assistants to speed up clarity, reduce admin, and strengthen delivery flow. Along the way, you’ll build confidence through practical guardrails, verification techniques, and games that make responsible AI use memorable.
- By the end of the day, you’ll walk away with reusable templates, a working workflow playbook, and at least one AI-powered experiment you can run in your next Sprint.

Agenda highlights
Foundation Building• Team formation and working agreements using AI help• AI confidence check and tool accessibility setup• “I Like, I Wish, I Wonder” on current AI usage at work• Trust-building games: “Hallucination Hunt”, “Prompt Poker”, and “Waffle vs Useful”• AI Guardrails Lightning Round (hallucinations, sensitive data, decision ownership, auditability)
Idea to Backlog in a Day• Simulation activity • Build your Chatbot/Agent in ChatGPT/Co-Pilot • Team Canvas creation using AI• Persona development and mock interviews (including voice mode)• Prototype creation using Miro or Claude.ai• Stakeholder delivery communications • Workflow between tools, from Miro to Jira & Confluence• Atlassian Rovo usage demonstrations, backlog refinement, breaking work down, improving user story and acceptance criteria quality
Real-World SimulationsTeams choose from six workflow challenges:• Backlog Refinement• Risk Management • Meeting Overload• Decision Churn• Handover Chaos• Quality Inconsistency
Each scenario includes plot twists that require rapid adaptation, and teams create artefacts such as templates, Jira workflows, decision logs, and communication cadences.
Final Activities• Rapid demos featuring Lovable.dev, NotebookLM, HeyGen, and Claude• Packaging complete workflows as reusable plays• Personal “tomorrow actions” and next-step experiments
