How the day runs
1. Kick off and level set
Share what excites and concerns you about AI, rate your AI confidence and complete the AI Leadership Radar self-assessment, then compare results with your group.
2. Ethical leadership and trust
Work through real scenarios — Should we trust AI? and the Disclosure Test — then turn the risks into practical guardrails.
3. Lead your people through AI
Explore what changes in your role and what stays the same, practise coaching conversations with someone exploring their future and someone resisting AI, and surface the worries your people may be carrying.
4. Reclaim human thinking
Debate the speed-versus-quality trade-off, use the Decision Boundary tool on real scenarios, and run a Critical Thinking Audit on where your team skips thinking.
5. From tools to capability
Learn from case studies where AI works and where adoption struggles, then build your 3-month Leadership AI Roadmap and an AI Playbook starter guide.
6. Action planning and close
Revisit your Radar to see how your thinking has shifted, capture key learnings and choose the smallest useful change you'll make next week.
