Agile development is fundamentally different from traditional software development approaches, and it challenges how development teams approach quality and testing activities. Common struggles include:
- How do developers, testers, and product owners contribute to quality in an Agile environment?
- Is manual testing obsolete? What needs to be automated, by whom, and at what level of the tech stack?
- When should testing occur in an Agile process?
- How much testing is enough in rapid development cycles?
This two-day course is specifically designed to address these tough questions and equip you with the mindset and practical techniques that you can implement in your individual work or with your teams immediately.
Throughout the course, you will learn practical techniques for identifying and organising your test activities as a whole team in an Agile context. We emphasise hands-on experience, real-world scenarios, and collaborative exercises to ensure that attendees can immediately apply their learning in their work environments.
