- Influencing systems, structures, and ways of working
- Building the human skills AI can’t replace: sense-making, facilitation, trust, and influence
The course is highly experiential and practical. You won’t sit through slide decks. You’ll coach, facilitate, reflect, practise, and learn by doing — with real scenarios drawn from organisational life.
Over the three days, you’ll experience 10 leadership coaching sessions, while developing and practising the core skills of coaching, mentoring, teaching, and facilitation in complex environments.
